Moxibustion is offered where individually appropriate. An alternative selected enhancement will be available when moxibustion is not suitable.

Yes. Membership is open to both new and returning clients. Your first appointment will include time to understand your needs and decide how regular care can best support you.

our included monthly session may roll over for one additional month. It must be used before the end of the following month and cannot accumulate indefinitely.

No. Monthly membership sessions are personal and cannot be transferred. Your annual Guest Pass is the separate benefit designed for someone you choose.

Once during each membership year, you may invite one guest to book a 60-minute session at your member rate. The Guest Pass does not provide a free session and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The 6-month and 12-month options include one planned one-month pause during the initial term. The initial membership term is extended by the same period. Planned pauses are not included in the initial 3-month option.

The membership cannot normally be cancelled during the selected initial term. After the initial term, it continues month by month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Rights relating to exceptional changes in circumstances remain unaffected.

Your membership continues month by month at the price of your chosen plan. It does not begin another fixed initial term. You may then cancel with 30 days’ notice.

No payment is being taken while Membership is in registration-only status. Before enrolment opens, you will be shown the complete terms, payment schedule and applicable withdrawal information.
